Vielumi Terms of Service

Welcome to Vielumi. This website is operated by VIELUMI COMPANY LIMITED (business registration 0319013155). By using the service, you agree to the terms below.

1Operator and acceptance

Welcome to Vielumi. The website and workspace are operated by VIELUMI COMPANY LIMITED (Vietnamese legal name: CÔNG TY TNHH VIELUMI, business registration 0319013155). By accessing, registering for, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

  1. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
  2. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page.
  3. If you do not agree, you must stop using Vielumi immediately.

2Account management

2.1 Registration

  1. Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
  2. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
  3. We may review, refuse, suspend, or restrict accounts for security, compliance, or abuse-related reasons.

2.2 Account security

  1. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
  2. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or unusual publishing activity.
  3. Do not sell, transfer, or share accounts, or bypass security controls.

3Services and boundaries

Vielumi provides original media management, publishing plans, review confirmation, and user-initiated third-party platform workflows for ecommerce and content teams.

  1. Features may vary by account, region, plan, third-party approval, or platform policy.
  2. Demos and documentation do not guarantee third-party availability, review outcomes, or commercial results.
  3. We may modify or pause features for maintenance, security, or compliance reasons.

4User content and license

  1. You retain rights in content you upload or create and represent that you have all rights needed to use and publish it.
  2. You grant Vielumi a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, preview, and transmit content only to provide the service and follow your instructions.
  3. Do not upload infringing, unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or privacy-invasive content.

5TikTok and third-party platforms

  1. TikTok and other platforms are governed by their own terms and policies. Vielumi is not affiliated with TikTok.
  2. Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage.
  3. Unaudited TikTok API clients may be limited to SELF_ONLY or similar restricted visibility.
  4. Third-party outages, quotas, audits, or policy changes do not by themselves constitute a breach by Vielumi.

6Publishing control and compliance

  1. Before posting, you must preview the content, manually choose privacy and interaction settings, complete applicable commercial and AI disclosures, and expressly confirm submission.
  2. Circumventing platform restrictions, unauthorized automation, spam, and misleading promotion are prohibited.
  3. You remain responsible for the legality and platform compliance of published content.

7Credits, fees, and billing

  1. Some features may consume credits or require a paid plan. Pricing and quotas are as published or agreed in writing.
  2. Unless required by law or agreed otherwise, consumed credits and paid periods are generally non-refundable.

8Intellectual property

  1. Vielumi software, interfaces, documentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
  2. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or impersonate Vielumi.
  3. Third-party marks, including TikTok, belong to their owners.

9Suspension, termination, and deletion

  1. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for Terms violations, security threats, or legal requirements.
  2. You may stop using the service and request account and data deletion under the Privacy Policy.

10Availability and liability

  1. We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free third-party processing.
  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vielumi is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses.
  3. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service in the twelve months before the claim; for free services, liability is limited to the minimum required by law.

11Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without excluding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
